Day One: Demolition and hauling of structures as required. Excavate and pour the footings.
Day Two: Set all forms and pour the walls.
Day Three: Cut any door or window openings in the existing foundation and remove the slabs. Strip the forms, install the waterproofing and insulation. Install drain tile and sump pit. Backfill and rough grade.
Day four: Pour and finish the slab.
Day Five: Turn the site over to your project manager to begin your next phase.
